2025 was filled with HUGE changes for Safe Harbor Yoga. True to its promise, the Year of the Snake made us shed things that no longer serve or support us, revealing the truths beneath- even if they were hard to look at.

Spend some time reflecting on your year if you havent yet and think about what you hope for this day in 2027. Relive the successes, challenges and give yourself grace through it all.

2026 promises intention, growth and purpose. Time will tell, of course. 🙂
