Service Description

oin Safe Harbor Yoga for a class centered around not only personal health and wellness, but the health and wellness of the community around it. These classes are pop-up events and donation based. Safe Harbor Yoga will give 100% of donations to a specified charity. The charities will change, but the purpose will not. All levels are welcome, regardless of experience or ability. Suggested donation is $10. Membership plans and class passes do not apply to donation-based classes. Please see class details on social media.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy At Safe Harbor Yoga, we understand that schedules can change. To support fairness, preparation time, and accessibility for all students, please review the policies below. Class, Event & Private Session Cancellations Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before the Start Time You may cancel 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled start time and receive a full refund or a full credit to your account. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Start Time Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. This policy ensures fairness and supports travel time, preparation, and limited class sizes. Private Sessions Because private sessions are reserved specifically for you, the same 24-hour cancellation requirement applies. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full session fee. Membership Classes & Sessions If you hold an active membership: Classes or sessions included in your membership will be re-credited only if you contact Safe Harbor Yoga before the start time and your cancellation is confirmed by the instructor. Missed classes without prior contact and confirmation will not be re-credited. Weather or Instructor Cancellations If Safe Harbor Yoga must cancel due to weather, travel limitations, or unforeseen circumstances, you will always receive a full refund or credit—your choice. Product Refund & Replacement Policy Refunds All product sales are final once delivered. No refunds are offered for products after delivery. Replacements for Shipping Issues If a product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily provide a replacement at no cost. To request a replacement, please include: Your order number A description of the issue A photo of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
